Ratilanna Riverside Spa Resort, Chiang Mai

I stayed at this hotel for two nights and while it had its charming aspects, overall it didn't quite meet my 5-star expectations. The rooms reflected northern Chiang Mai architecture, but the service at the pool was slow and unfriendly, and I found the breakfast options uninspiring. On a positive note, the hotel has impressive rooms that are well-designed, making it a decent choice for relaxation though it might not be the best value for money compared to nearby options.

I recently spent 10 days at this delightful riverside resort. The room was spacious and comfortable, boasting a lovely balcony view. While the breakfast was decent and the pool area looked amazing, the hotel has some areas that could use a bit of updating. The location is great, just a short distance from the old town, which was very convenient. However, my stay was marred by loud wedding celebrations that made it hard to relax in the evening.
